14 day cooling off period - should you change your mind within 14 days of acceptance of our program, you will receive a refund of your payment, minus the cost of any appointments or test analysis already conducted. This applies to both monthly and up front payments.
Once the cooling off period is completed, there will be no further refunds for change of mind
Up front payment option is due and payable prior to the Case Analysis Consultation.
Monthly payments are to be paid over the first six months to cover the discounted cost of the 12 month program. The first monthly payment is due prior to the Case Analysis Consultation.
All appointments require 72 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will forfeit the appointment and you will be required to book another appointment at the standard appointment rate to ensure continuity of treatment.

As a client of The Body Guard we will be sending out regular emails to keep in touch with you outside of the program including regular health tips, interviews with other alternative health practitioners, and general health information. If you do not wish to receive these please do not tick this box.
